Shipping

When returning an item, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges paid when the item was originally purchased will not be refunded.

CCC Custom Built Suspension Components

Suspension components built in house at CCC can be returned if the following requirements are met:

-Instructions must be returned along with the item
-All hardware must be returned with the item
-Components must be unused and never installed
-Components may not be altered or damaged in any way

Any Parts Or Products Produced By An Outside Manufacturer

Products purchased through our online catalog carry the manufacturers warrranty only. Although each manufacturers policy is different, the following are usually true of all manufacturers:
-Original packaging must be intact
-All hardware and instructions must be returned with the item
-Item must be in new condition, undamaged and never installed
-A restocking fee may apply
-A time limit on returns may apply
-Products purchased through our catalog, must be returned through our shop

Parts That Are Painted Or Otherwise Customized By CCC

All sales are final on any part that is painted or otherwise customized by CCC.

General Information Regarding Returns

Your original sales receipt must be returned to CCC regardless of where your parts are being returned. We suggest keeping a copy of your receipt for your records.

When returning a product, it is highly recommeded that you send it with some sort of delivery or signature confirmation. This is for your protection in case our shop or another manufacturer are unable to verify that you have returned the product.

Always contact CCC, either via email or phone prior to beginning any return procedure. Returns will not be honored without prior authorization from a CCC rep.
