Snow Sled Reservation and Refund Policies

When your reservation is placed, you will be asked to secure your date with a $75.00 deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the balance of your rental.

Cancellation or Change In Event Date/Time

If your event should be cancelled for any reason, your deposit can be refunded to you if the cancellation of our services was made either verbally or in writing at least 10 days prior to your event. If the cancellation is made 9 days or less from the date of the event, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you should need to change the date or time of your event, we will work with you to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request, our refund policy is as follows:

-If your request was made at least 10 days prior to your event, your deposit will be refunded to you.
-If your request was made less than 9 days prior to your event, your deposit will not be refunded, however, we will allow you to apply the deposit to another date, as our schedule permits, within 60 days of your cancellation. If another date is not booked within the 60 day period, you will forfeit your deposit. (The event date must be within the 60 day window.)

Power Supply & Serving Area

Our power and serving space needs are as follows:

Power – We will supply our own cords for the power supply, however we will need a 110v power supply to plug into. This can be accomplished with a standard electrical outlet or a generator. We will need to be no further than 100 feet from the power supply.
We can supply a generator at an additonal charge as requested.

Serving Area – We will be vending directly from our truck at all times. We will require a serving area of about 15 feet in length and 8 feet wide on a reasonably level surface.

Please make sure adequate space and power are available at least ½ hour prior to when your serving time will begin. We will need the full ½ hour prior to the serving time to prepare. Any delays caused by a lack of power or inadequate space will shorten your serving time without a refund for shortened serving time caused by the delay.
